Lavertezzo doesn’t need a season to shine

Lavertezzo is by far one of my favorite places in Switzerland with incredible turquoise waters and smooth sunbathing rocks as well as good Italian food (thanks to its close proximity to the border of Italy). Increasingly more popular, this spot is great in spring, summer, and fall although the hotter it is the more likely it is to be crowded (so get here earlier if you can!).

A dream trip to Hallstatt

I’ve always seen photos of Hallstatt on Instagram, and on articles saying that it’s a top destination. So during a visit to Salzburg, we decided to make a stop since it was only an hour and a half away. First of all, the drive to Hallstatt was just magnificent, the beautiful mountains, the turquoise lakes, the drive itself was worth it. But nothing could prepare you for just how beautiful this place really was.
